Maybe the Oscar is just too constrained in its format to ever be a truly entertaining experience…
Color me guilty for preferring Ellen’s hosting to that schmuck from last year. Perhaps it’s a sign of middle age that I prefer the milquetoast mediocrity of Ellen’s second rate impersonation of Bob Hope as the emcee to the Idiocracy from last year.
